Orders and shipments

FREE SHIPPING in ITALY for expenses over € 60, less than this amount has a fixed additional cost of € 10.00. The estimated delivery times for Italy are from 2 to 5 working days.

N.B. We remind our customers that during holidays or due to major forces, shipments may be subject to delays in delivery by couriers. Please note that Sella delle Spine is not responsible for such delays.

Orders are shipped by Sella delle Spine (via courier) from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. Orders placed during the weekend will be handled starting the following Monday morning. If you wish to change the shipping address you can contact us at info@selladellespine.it before the order is shipped.

Sella delle Spine may require PayPal to verify the transaction, also by contacting the counterparty bank, before the actual charge on the customer's credit card. This verification may cause some delay

in the shipment of your first order.

Your credit card will be charged on the day of your order. As required by the laws governing commerce, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of the individual items in Euros. For products on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
