5. Tasting: This package includes a tasting of our winery's three DOCG labels:

• Fiano di Avellino DOCG "Eugenia": paired with an entree and a fondue with Irpinian truffle;

• Greco di Tufo DOCG "Don Raffaele": paired with aubergine parmigiana;

• Taurasi DOCG "Vigna Piano d'Angelo": paired with a platter of ham, salami, and Irpinia cheeses.
