The Fiano di Avellino Docg “Eugenia” it is a wine with a bright straw yellow color with greenish hues. On the nose it has delicate hints of hazelnut and apricot that blend with fragrances of tropical fruit and, in the aging phase, of pear. The vineyard that produces it is located on a soil with clayey and calcareous morphological characteristics and, as for the Greco vineyards, is worked through the defined farming systemguyot.

Timing, processing methods and uses
The harvest period is the second decade of October, it concerns about 4,400 plants per hectare, from which a production of about 80 quintals is obtained in optimal conditions. During the fermentation period it is stored in steel barrels at a controlled temperature of 6/8 C. In its final phase it is possible to detect an alcohol content that varies from 12.5 to 13.5% vol. and is characterized by a dry, soft and velvety flavor, with a marked pleasantness on the palate. Its pairing with seafood dishes is indicated and it is also excellent for a simple aperitif. Its serving temperature fluctuates between 12 and 14 C.C.
