Single-Variet Aglianico Grappa

Single-varietal Aglianico grappa, from our Aglianico di Taurasi grape pomace intended for the production of the Irpinia DOC “Rosso Tau”.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

The pomace is stored in a high-pressure environment and in the absence of oxygen, thus best preserving the aromatic fraction.

The grappa is obtained from the distillation in a copper still, using a discontinuous process, of fine fresh Aglianico pomace, produced in the Aglianico di Taurasi DOCG area.
