Single-varietal Greco di Tufo grappa, from our Greco grape pomace intended for the production of the Greco di Tufo DOCG “Don Raffaele”.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

The pomace is stored in a high-pressure environment and in the absence of oxygen, thus best preserving the aromatic fraction.

The grappa is obtained from the distillation in a copper still, using a discontinuous process, of fine fresh Greco di Tufo pomace, produced in the Greco di Tufo DOCG area.
